Up until early 2025, Phil acted as the CEO during the ramp-up years of Buymyplace and Patche and is now a non-executive Director.

Phil is an experienced manager with a comprehensive management background in education, curriculum, corporate training, sales and PropTech project management.

He was a real estate agent and prior to his current role, spent 16 years as a project manager involved in PropTech development, real estate CRMs, portals, websites and phone apps, including the successful ongoing development of the aussiehome.com real estate portal and CRM, the Real Estate Institute of Queensland’s first real estate portal, The
West Real Estate’s (West Australian Newspaper) first real estate portal, and was head of REIWA member website development and services.
